The Longlure Frogfish is a common reef creature in Bonaire,
but is very hard to find sometimes. In this case he was sitting
next to the purple tube sponges when I took the photo, which

The Bonaire Parakeet loves to eat the fruit on the cactus.
My backyard has a cactus fence with plenty of fruit. At times
there will be three or four birds eating the fruit and getting
red stains all over their beaks and claws, with no notice
of people watching. |
